Jobs with RSR

Want to work at the best tracks in the world? Work at the Nürburgring and Spa!

Work at the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps

RSR is hiring! We're looking to add to our team of dedicated and passionate staff at the best race tracks in the world: the Nürburgring and Spa-Francorchamps. You must have a passion for all things cars and motorsport, and be prepared to work hard during the busy season.

What it's like day to day

  • We are a small, close-knit team of amazing staff surrounded constantly by the most amazing and coveted sports cars and supercars possible — and occasionally get to drive them.
  • We see some of the coolest motorsport events in the world, constantly meet like-minded car enthusiasts, and get to discuss all things automobile to your heart's content.
  • Every day is different — you get to live unique experiences that only come from being in motorsport, and build contacts and partnerships for great deals on car parts.
  • A workshop with experienced mechanics is on hand for advice on your own track tool.

Dream job? The reality check

  • This is a seasonal business — longer hours during the season, balanced with more time off in winter. Weekend work is required.
  • Days can be long and tiring; you must handle a high amount of stress and pressure with a positive attitude.
  • Tasks happen fast, last minute, and with constant changes — you need to go with the flow.
  • As a newcomer you won't immediately get the keys to a Porsche — larger cars come with supervision and time served.
  • Most of your time is spent in the office 'watching other people have fun' on track — but on your days off you live beside one of the greatest circuits in the world.
  • This job combines Motorsport & Tourism — both demanding on family life. Most of our staff are childless, though anything is possible.
  • The track is in a remote location — coming from a big city, the lack of people, amenities and night life can feel isolating.

EU working permits and visas

We generally prefer to hire staff that already have the appropriate documentation to work and live in Germany. Better if you already live in Germany, and best if you already live locally. The process for a German working visa can take over 6 months and requires specialised skills to be accepted. We have had many team members from all over the world, so anything is possible!

Languages

Our main spoken language in the office is English — this is a base requirement. English is not widely spoken locally, so we recommend at least some knowledge of German for day-to-day life. Our team also speaks Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, Polish and Dutch!

Positions available

Office Staff (Entry Level) — Nürburgring

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our close-knit team at the Nürburgring. This is an entry-level position perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment. Office and general work will make up the majority of your day, with the opportunity to assist in instruction duties if you have the relevant background.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Care: handling sign-ins, conducting safety briefings, and managing sign-outs.
  • General Office Duties: overseeing paperwork, facility cleanliness, and daily organisation.
  • Sales Enquiries: managing customer emails and phone calls, and processing bookings and payments.
  • Road Tours: leading customer groups through our tour experiences.
  • Instruction (optional): if you have track instruction experience from the passenger seat, you may assist with customer instruction.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English. German proficiency is a strong advantage; French, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or Portuguese are a bonus.
  • A genuine interest in cars and the ability to confidently explain our fleet to customers.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment.
  • Comfortable with professional email communication, Microsoft Excel, and other office software.

Head of Sales (Mid-Level / Hands-On) — Nürburgring

Are you a proactive sales professional who loves the thrill of closing deals, but also enjoys getting into the day-to-day operations? RSR is looking for an energetic, organised, and hands-on Head of Sales to drive our booking pipeline and ensure our track days, car rentals, and premium events are packed all year round. This is a mid-level leadership position — we want someone hungry, structured, and ready to make a tangible impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Drive new business: actively hunt for new customers, international clients, corporate groups, and club bookings all year round.
  • Empower a non-sales team: structure, train, and motivate our existing office and operational staff with scripts, templates and CRM processes.
  • Hands-on daily operations: handle daily office tasks, answer phone calls, reply to booking emails, and manage customer accounts directly.
  • Optimise the booking process: streamline how we handle inquiries for lightning-fast response times.
  • Event & booking optimisation: monitor booking trends to target quieter track days with focused sales pushes.

What we're looking for

  • 3 to 7 years in sales, booking management, or account management, with a proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals.
  • A natural 'coach' mentality — able to inspire people who don't see themselves as salespeople.
  • Highly organised, comfortable with CRM systems, and genuinely enjoys daily administrative work.
  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken); French is a bonus.
  • A genuine interest in cars, track driving, or motorsport.

What we offer: A stable, long-term, full-time position within the motorsport industry, with a stable income and a clear professional growth path close to the Nürburgring.

On-Call Driving Instructors — Nürburgring & Spa

On our trackdays we can have upwards of 50 customers requiring instruction at the same time. We are always looking for people to join our pool of on-call, experienced instructors.

Responsibilities

  • On-call assistance for instruction during Public Sessions at the Nürburgring and Trackdays at Spa, the Nürburgring and other European circuits.
  • Experience instructing on a race track, keeping customers and cars safe.
  • Work closely with customers to help achieve their driving goals.

Requirements

  • Fluent English, French or German language skills. Spanish, Italian and Dutch are also possible.
  • Must live locally to the Nürburgring or Spa-Francorchamps.
  • Must have your own business for invoicing purposes.
