We specialise in "fuel-infused" events — driving modern sports cars on the race track and/or unique classic touring cars for cruising the region. Locations are no less than two of the best tracks in the world: the infamous Nürburgring Nordschleife and the Formula One highlight Spa-Francorchamps. Road tours can cross world famous UNESCO sites such as the Middle Rhine, and great wine regions such as Mosel, Ahr and Champagne. Our cars are the latest and greatest sports cars available.

When should I start planning?
Before October (year before)
- Have an idea of numbers and what type of cars people want to drive.
- Decide if cars will be individual or shared 2 drivers to 1 car.
- Decide on a driving package: laps/km, extras like instruction, hotels, road tours.
- Decide the number of days and which tracks to include.
- Contact your community to announce the event and gather interest / downpayments.
November–January
- Track dates for the season are released.
- RSR can supply a list of 'combo' dates for driving multiple tracks at once.
- Collect downpayments — first paid, first served on spaces and car choices.
- Hotels and trackday entries must be booked now, or it will be too late.
Three months before
- Collect the remaining payment in full.
- RSR can assist with customer preference sheets.
Track time is getting increasingly limited, and trackdays in the main season are often completely sold out by February. Spaces and hotels can only be held for 1–2 months at max without payment — first paid, first served. For company events the same timeline applies, but RSR can invoice your business directly and generate invoices including all applicable taxes.

RSR operates mainly at the Nürburgring in Germany and Spa-Francorchamps in Belgium — but that doesn't mean these are the only tracks we drive. We hold events every year at:
How much budget do I need?
- From €170 per person — taxi laps (3 persons to a car).
- From €200 per person — road tours in shared cars.
- From €350 per person — driving the track yourself.
- Multi-day, multi-track individual car packages from €8k for a hot hatch, up to €20k for a Porsche GT3 RS 992.
Our car rental packages are based on mileage/laps rather than the amount of time. Invoicing can be handled directly with you, split with your individual participants, or a mix of both — with commissions available depending on the number of customers.

Speed Secrets
Ross Bentley, author of 'Ultimate Speed Secrets' and coach since the 1980s, has brought a group of customers to RSR for over 10 years for a multi-day event at both the Ring and Spa, complete with driving homework, coaching and community building.

Everyday Driver
Todd and Paul of the YouTube channel and TV series Everyday Driver bring a group of drivers on their annual 'Pilgrimage' to the Nürburgring and Spa. RSR provides cars, track time, instructors and the driving experience.
